A packed lunch and hot shower for him,
A cup of coffee and a hat to cover bed head for her,
A steady stream of questions from him
and after each she responds "got it."
Five glorious minutes to sit and celebrate how they conquered the clock.
He boards the bus,
She returns to a quiet house,
and both remember how fulfilling it is to work together to get things done.
