Slice of Life 2012 - 3

We've waved, nodded and said "hello," yet we still didn't know each other's name. How is it that after a year and a half of living next door we hadn't introduced ourselves? So when the sun made a surprise appearance and brought us out of doors and onto our porches we both took a chance. And just as these flowers opened up in the afternoon sun, we let ourselves open a little to one another, swapping names and stories and saying "it's nice to finally meet you." Thanks, Carrie.
